Automatic diagnostic system for equipment "Hayabusa"

A diligent worker who prevents accidents in advance, adds analysis, and proposes energy-saving and repair measures!

We have succeeded in capturing and visualizing the transformation and disappearance of the energy we use in "Hayabusa" into various forms. This has enabled energy-saving methods and efficient maintenance through predictive analysis. By using sensors with wireless terminals, we can achieve this at a low cost. Since it operates on a web browser, no software installation is required, and PCs and mobile phones can be used as terminals. Various sensors can be utilized, including current, power, temperature, humidity, and human presence. Because it operates on a web browser, no software installation is necessary. The server automatically analyzes the data, and if any anomalies are detected, the details and location will be reported immediately via email. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Automated Diagnostic System "Artemis"

We introduce an automatic equipment diagnosis system that implements multimodal deep learning methods.

"Artemis" is an automatic diagnostic system that enables the identification of abnormal factors/signs by learning from the medical record data of skilled technicians. Based on the actual waveform data and medical record data accumulated by skilled technicians over decades of diagnosis in various fields, we have constructed a system for automating diagnosis using multimodal deep learning techniques (Patent No. 6853986). Additionally, by using a newly developed dedicated wireless vibration sensor, we enable retrofitting for constant remote diagnosis of equipment. Applications can be selected from both cloud-based and edge systems. [Features] - Implementation of multimodal deep learning techniques - Direct cloud connection of wireless sensors for constant remote monitoring (cloud version) - Implementation of a trained model based on medical record data accumulated by skilled technicians - Email alerts sent upon abnormal detection *For more details, please download the file below and refer to it. *If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Automated Diagnostic System for Energy Equipment "Hayabusa"

Data such as current, voltage, power temperature, and illuminance will be measured at intervals of a few minutes and recorded on the server.

We have succeeded in capturing and visualizing the way the energy we use in "Hayabusa" changes into various forms and disappears. This has enabled energy-saving methods and efficient maintenance through predictive analysis. By using sensors with wireless terminals, we can achieve this at a low cost. Since it operates on a web browser, there is no need to install software, and PCs and mobile phones can be used as terminals. Various sensors can be utilized, including current, power, temperature, humidity, and human presence. Because it operates on a web browser, no software installation is required. The server automatically analyzes the data, and if any abnormalities are detected, the details and location will be reported immediately via email.
